I love how teachers say
“DONT USE WIKI, ANYONE CAN CHANGE ANYTHING ON IT.”
Who takes time to edit an article on Novae Hollandiae Plantarum Specimen
Teachers who say that are really misinformed.
Yes, anyone can edit it, and there are always cases of people who have put up misinformation about a topic.
But the thing is:
1. There’s literally hundreds of people out there to make sure all information is correct.
2. Many, if not most, pages have cited sources, so the information is reputable.
3. Topics about people, places, or things that are important in the world right now are locked so they can’t be edited with bias. (For example, Charlie Sheen’s page was locked during his scandal.)

I realize my friend gave me a website for free, which was really nice, but it always seems to be having an issue or something whenever I’m ready to post an update to Yuka.
Just now, it’s telling me that I’ve exceeded my storage space limit, which is weird, because I’m only using 67 megabytes, and it’s been that way for a couple weeks… What happened over the past two days to cause this to show up?
Maybe it was the fact that I had to upload a 65-megabyte file (the one containing Yuka itself and the only large-sized thing on my website) three times because I kept forgetting things?
Who knows, but hopefully this gets fixed, or something, and I can continue working…
This is the third time I’ve had to upload the update to Yuka because I kept forgetting things…
I’m trying to record a video, but the video recorder I have doesn’t record audio, which is fine because I have an audio recorder.
So anyway, I finish recording and I go to edit the video, and the video had started recording after I began doing my talking and stuff, so there’s no way it’ll line up.
So an entire night of practicing and getting the video right, leading up to me actually recording the video, all went to waste.
My voice didn’t even sound good (stupid speech impairment), so I’m just going to have my friend do the talking and stuff, until I get some decent software (because I can minimalize the impairment)…
But still, that was pretty annoying…
A friendly reminder that I am not a quality blog and that my sense of humor is worse than Comedian/Stand-Up Amon.
Just a joke. Although I’m certain some people would like to slap Mako across the face for some of the things he’s done. He is quite rude.
This is perfect… :)
Seriously… It’s all just squiggles to me…
I joined Tumblr last August, and within a month, I found a blog that I liked (it had a lot of internet memes) so I followed it. It was also nice since the blog’s owner was nonreligious like I was so I liked the comments they made.
However, over the past month or so… the nature of the blog’s content kind of took a turn I didn’t like…
It still posted memes, but there were the occasional Dolan comic (which I highly dislike) and other gruesome, gory, or nudity-showing posts that I didn’t enjoy.
So today, they posted a picture of a naked person standing next to a giant movie theater show/poster/cardboard/thingy/I-don’t-know-what-to-call-it for a Star Trek: Next Generation movie or something, and you could plainly see his… private part.
At that point, I decided enough was enough and unfollowed the blog.
Don’t ask me why I decided to post all of this… I guess I just wanted to say it just to say it. :)
This article is treating this as if they killed someone… “the situation was traumatic for the people involved”, it was a sad incident, ”had to deal with the consequences”, etc.
Siblings marrying each other may not be… recommended, or whatever, in our society, but they don’t have to treat it as if it’s some horrifying thing.
I talked to my cousin about my previous annoyance with Funimation (due to the fact that they only put the first four dubbed episodes on their website), and she suggested that I find a new website to watch dubbed versions, rather than watching the subbed version.
Well, I found a new site, and it was indeed dubbed… But… They changed the theme song in this version (I loved the other theme song…) and they’re not providing translations for the Japanese text that does appear (like they do on Funimation’s website).
So… I guess I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.
EDIT: One thing they do have in common: they both have ads… :P
That seems to be the only thing I’m good at: annoying people. :P
do you ever play music you find on your dash and it’s nice and pleasant and you’re enjoying listening to it but for a second you forget it’s coming from your dash so you refresh your tumblr and as you are hitting refresh you realize your mistake and you’re like NOWAITFUCKSTOP— but it’s too late and the music is gone
